When you are choosing your BTYQN Dry Drops shade, please be sure to pick the shade that matches closest to your ROOT colour as this is where the product is applied. Please refer to our colour match guide under each product. If you are still not sure which colour is right for you, no problem! Simply contact us with a photo of your hair in natural daylight (by a window is best) and our friendly customer support team member will help you pick your best match!
If you use your besties BTYQN Dry Drops that doesnt match your root colour, you may notice a slight powdery cast on your hair. For example, if you are a natural blonde and you use the Dark Dry Drops, you will see a slight dark cast on your roots. If you have dark to medium roots and you use the Light Dry Drops, you may see a light powdery cast on your roots. Please refer to our colour match guide under each product if you are unsure which colour is right for you.

Normally, it takes 1-2 business days for your order to be processed so you may expect a shipping confirmation email 2 business days after your order is placed! If it is not the case, be sure to check your junk/spam mail as it may have ended there as well. Should there be a delay in the shipment, we will be notifying you via email.
Oh no! We are sorry that your order was incomplete. Kindly reach out to our Customer Experience Specialist for assistance! Please provide us with your order number and a photo of the products that you have received and we will assist you accordingly. It is advisable to reach out to us immediatly upon recieving your order
Please note that the local delivery vans utilize GPS systems that automatically update a shipment status as "delivered" prematurely once it arrives within close proximity of your delivery area. Kindly give it a few days as the package may have been marked as delivered due to this, and there is a chance that it will still arrive within the coming days. You may also want to do a quick tour around your house as the courier may have placed it at a not easily seen spot. With the safety interest of your package, we suggest checking with your family members or neighbors if they may have received it on your behalf. If this is not the case please contact us.

As part of our commitment to give our customers the best experience, we offer a fair return policy. If you are dissatisfied with any product purchased through our site, you may return the item(s) for a full refund or exchange up to 20 days after the date of purchase. Please be advised that prior authorization is required on all returns. Return acceptance is at the sole discretion of BTYQN. All products bought with a discount code are final sale, including free shipping codes. Please note that any initial shipping costs, if applicable, are non-refundable.
If returning an item(s), you must include all parts, pieces and printed materials in order to be eligible for a refund. We recommend using a tracked service to avoid anything getting lost. To receive authorization for a return, please contact us at admin@BTYQN.com.
Please allow up to 21 days for the return to be processed, at which time a credit will be processed. It can take up to 7 business days to see a credit on your account.
Please note, we cannot accept unauthorized returns and we cannot accept any returns on any items not purchased directly from our website.
Damaged items?
Sometimes postman Pat can be a bit rough with your package.
If your package has arrived damaged and you would like to initiate a return, simply email admin@BTYQN.com with your order number and email used for your order along with photos of the damages.
We'll either refund your money, or send you another package. Whichever you prefer.

SHIPPING RATES We offer a flat shipping rate of $10 CAD within Canada and $15 CAD to the U.S. Enjoy free shipping on all orders over $99 CAD. All orders are shipped from Canada. Orders are shipped within 2 business days, and you will receive an email with tracking information once your order is shipped out. Please note:For all orders outside of Canada, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes. BTYQN is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. By law, BTYQN must declare all items at their full price and cannot alter this amount to decrease international custom fees. If you refuse a shipment from BTYQN, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to BTYQN. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. In the instance, the return fee exceeds the amount of the merchandise plus shipping costs, the package will be abandoned and you will not be refunded.
